From the airport to the city — Transportation to/from the city is not very simple yet, but there are several options to choose the right one for you:

Public Transport (MHD) Fare of CZK 26 for all journeys. Tickets can be bought from vending machines in the airport and in newspapers kiosks. Tickets are valid for 75 min. They are transferable so you can use them when continuing on public transport in the city. Get yourself a discount ticket for CZK 13 to pay for transportation of each luggage. For the fastest transport to the city centre or the nearest metro station, use bus routes 100 or 119.
100: North 1 (Sever 1) Terminal – North 2 Terminal – Zlicin (change to metro line B); 15 min

119: North 1 Terminal – North 2 Terminal – Divoka Sarka - Dejvicka (change to metro line A); 20 min; from Dejvicka, it‘s 4 or 5 stops by the underground to the city centre (Mustek or Vaclavske namesti).

Airport Express Bus line is operated daily from about 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. in regular intervals of 30 minutes. It links Praha – Ruzyne airport and Praha – Holesovice railway station. Journey time: 30 min. Submit your travel documents to a driver to check if they are valid for this line, or buy a ticket from a driver. The fare is CZK 45.

Luggage transport is free of charge.

Note: Czech Railways tickets, except for commutation tickets and railway tickets bought abroad, valid on AE bus line, can be used by passengers in an appropriate direction in the section of Hlavni nadrazi (Central Station) – Nadrazi Holesovice of the Prague underground line C.

Non-stop transport for guaranteed fixed prices

Airport Cars Fares: CZK 150 to CZK 980 according to price zone (valid for 1–4 passengers). CEDAZ Regular transport line – minibuses. 30-minute intervals, from 5:30 to 21:30 in the direction of V Celnici street – Prague Airport, and from 6:00 do 21:00 in the direction of Prague Airport – V Celnici street. Fares: CZK 120 – ticket per person between end stations (V Celnici street – Prague Airport and vice-versa), CZK 90 – ticket per person between the stops Dejvice – Prague Airport and vice-versa. Children under six travel free of charge if accompanied by adult. Irregular non-stop contractual transport to any location in Prague, in the Czech Republic and Europe using microbuses

Basic fares: CZK 480 for a group of 1–4 people or CZK 960 for a group of 5–8 people going to one address in the city centre, CZK 960 for a group of 1–8 people going to one address outside the centre. Individual Taxis AAA Radiotaxi s.r.o. operates non-stop. Taxi stands in front of the arrival halls, exit D and E. Price tariffs: starting rate CZK 40, 1 km one-way in Prague CZK 25, waiting rate for 1 min. CZK 5.

Car rental — If you are at the airport, go to Parking ”C”. The ground floor serves nine car rental agencies. They also have other locations throughout Prague.
