Some traditional favourite dishes you should definitely try: Svickova na smetane, houskovy knedlik (roast beef and cream of vegetable sauce with cranberries and dumplings), Vepro-knedlo-zelo (roast pork with dumplings and white sauer cabbage), Pecena kachna (roasted duck with potato dumplings and red cabbage), Smazeny syr (fried cheese; especially fried camembert tastes great). Since traditional Czech cuisine might be quite heavy to digest, a glass of beer is highly recommended for better consumption.
